1.a. The number of enhanced DBS applications made involving the consideration to include non-conviction information in the years 2017, 2018 and 2019
- Of all applications made in these years
- Of persons emplyed by the UK National Health Serve (NHS) in these years
1.b Of these applications, how many involved identification of information regarding an event of 'no further action' (NFA) as the result of a past arrest. This information should also be for the years 2017, 2018, 2019.
- Of all applications made
- Of persons employed by the UK National Health Service (NHS)
2.a. Of those enhanced DBS checks identified in 1.a, how many then resulted in the disclosure of said non-conviction information for each year?
- Of all applications made

2.b. Of those enhanced DBS checks identified in 1.b, how many then resulted in the disclosure of the NFA for each year?
