Disclosure of names of staff against whom child protection concerns have been raised

Please disclose for the 3 years to date the name(s) of member(s) of staff against whom any formal or informal complaint involving child protection has been made.
Please disclose for each case whether the LADO was consulted in relation to the complaint.
Please disclose the total number of times that the LADO was consulted over any disclosure or complaint and the name of the member of staff or volunteer for which the LADO was consulted over further action.

Dear Ms Wilson,
Thank you for your reply. As you will be aware, there is plenty of legal precedent on this issue, and I am not required to provide the proofs of identity you are asking for. My identity is publicly available via a variety of means such as professional networking sites, I had to verify my identity when registering for this website meaning the request is compliant with the FOIA, and as I would like all correspondence to be publicly available, you will understand that I will not be publishing my driving licence or passport on a public forum.
