Disciplinary action against Chief Executive, Monitoring, or s151 Officers

The request was successful.

Dear North East Lincolnshire Council,

The Local Authorities (Standing Orders) (England) (Amendment) Regulations 2015 set out a revised process which councils must follow in taking disciplinary action against a Chief Executive, a Monitoring Officer, or a Chief Finance (151) Officer.

http://www.legislation.gov.uk/uksi/2015/...

The Council was obliged to implement the changes to its procedures at the first ordinary meeting falling after the 11 May 2015, so it had no legal authority to defer the decision to a future meeting.

Please provide under Freedom of Information laws the date of the meeting which the council implemented the changes to its standing orders, and the details of the changes.

Yours faithfully,

William Benn
