I would like to make the following request under the Freedom Of Information Act.
1) How many members of staff with Derbyshire County Council Adult Care were dismissed in 2019/ 2018/ 2017/ 2016 / 2015?
2) broken down by the reason for each dismissal?
3) broken down by directorate
4) Does Adult Care follow the ACAS guidance?
5) Of those dismissed at hearing, what was the category (from 3) and how many of these appealed and what number broken down by (3) were sucesful
6) Of the above how many went to a tribunal again broken down by year and (3) and how many were successful
7) how many staff were compensated at tribunal and/ or reinstated?
Please note all sections are to be broken down by year (1) and reason (3).
Categories were provided within another successful and recent request.
