System definitions:
Discharge Letters - the ability to electronically generate and send detailed discharge letters to GPs and other relevant HCPs, when a patient is discharged from hospital-based services.
Diagnostic Reporting - test results which are electronically transmitted to the clinician who ordered them, with receipt acknowledgement.
Digital Dictation - device used for recording and managing natural speech, allowing staff to verbally input a patients' note into a system without having to manually input it.
Bed Management - real-time bed states are viewable and accessible, enabling more efficient management of bed occupancy and patient movements.

required to become accredited by NHS Digital, and submit evidence each

platform have been accredited to the secure email standard for health and
care and both have passed the required clinical safety elements (SCCI 0160
and SCC0129) and achieved the ISB1596/SCCI1596 accreditation.

Could you please clarify one of your answers?
You said that your Trust is planning to replace your Diagnostic Reporting, Digital Dictation, Bed Management and Discharge Letters systems as part of EPR. Could I clarify please do you have new EPR systems already procured or are you going out on Tender? If so, could we please have the new system details and a Go live date for the system?
