Disaggregated community resolutions data
Dear Home Office,
Under the Freedom of Information Act, I am requesting information on the use of Community Resolutions by police forces.
Please could you tell me:
1) The number of Community Resolutions granted by police forces in England and Wales for each quarter in the most recent five years for which data is available.
2) Please could you break down the above by the offender's i) sex, ii) age, iii) ethnicity, iii) Police Force Area, and iv) offence type.
3) Please could you also break down (1) by the type of Community Resolution granted to the offender.
If any parts of the data requested are exempt under FOIA, please respond to as much of my request as possible.
Please let me know if I can clarify any of these questions further, or help in any way to make this request easier or quicker to answer.
Yours faithfully,
Gideon Leibowitz
