With reference to your request for information held by Causeway Coast and Glens Borough Council under the above legislation.

Council has completed a search of its records and confirms it does not hold the requested information.
Please note following the Review of Public Administration in 2015, control of off-road car parks only was transferred from the Department of Regional Development, now called Department for Infrastructure (DfI) to local authorities within Northern Ireland. Council has entered into a Service Level Agreement with DfI (referred to as Transport NI, Parking Enforcement Unit) who are responsible for the delivery of the civil enforcement, Penalty Charge Notice (PCN) processing and the management of off-street car parks.
Therefore in the first instance you may want to direct your query to:

Departmental Coordination Unit
Clarence Court

Telephone: 028 9054 0540 (Text relay prefix 18001)
PCN Data is available on the following link https://www.opendatani.gov.uk/dataset/pe.... You may also want to note that legislation relating to car parking is different within the jurisdiction of Northern Ireland and should not be used for comparative purposes.
For further guidance on the role of local authorities within Northern Ireland and other statutory partners please refer to Northern Ireland’s one stop government portal: NIDirect.
