Disabled parking spaces fines
Dear Mendip District Council,
Under the Freedom of Information Act I would like to request the number of fixed penalty notices issued by the council for the following offences in the last year (2020):
- Parked in a designated disabled person’s parking place without displaying a valid disabled person’s badge in the prescribed manner (both on and off-street, PCN codes 40 and 87).
