Dear Newcastle upon Tyne City Council,

I would like to know how many legally enforceable disabled parking bays there are across the city centre.
I would like to know the difference between advisory disabled parking spaces and legally enforceable spaces in Newcastle.
If you have the locations of non legally enforceable (advisory) spaces I would also like to know this.
