Thank you for your responses to my requests.

1. During 2018/19, how long (in days) on average did it take from request to completion of adaptation? 96
2. During 2019/20, how long (in days) on average did it take from request to completion of adaptation? 59
3. During 2020/21 (up to date), how long (in days) on average has it taken from request to completion of adaption? 30

I would be grateful if you could confirm that the above responses are in calendar or working days (ie 7 or 5 days per week).
