Disability Guidance and Training following Ombudsmans Decision
Dear Lincolnshire County Council,
Following the decision by the Local Government and Social Care Ombudsman [Case 22012217 dated 8 May 2023] LCC agreed to provide 'guidance and training' to staff by 8 August 2023. This relates to disabled parking in Louth.
Please provide copies of or a link to the 'Guidance and Training' provided.

LCC said 7 December 2022 :
All Lincolnshire County Council staff are required to undertake mandatory Equality and
Diversity training, and further training is available to support the completion of Equality Impact Assessments where they apply, and if the training need is identified.

are too big it will password protect them so they can be sent.

in the context of my request this is about Guidance and Training on the Equality Act and parts of the Active Travel Statutory Guidance which goes slightly beyond the former.
There is general mention in appendices 2-4 but anything more relevant is likely to be in Appendix 1. Lincs2Learn is password protected.

Please pass this on to the person who conducts Freedom of Information reviews.
I am writing to request an internal review of Lincolnshire County Council's handling of my FOI request 'Disability Guidance and Training following Ombudsmans Decision'.
I need to see what relevant guidance and training was provided. This seems to be in Appendix 1 [Lincs2Learn?] which is or was password protected but the password did not work.
Please also say if this is simply a resource which staff can dip into if they choose or if there is some record of who saw it and when. Who saw it is outside this request.
I did not get a reply to my email of 27 September 2023 but had assumed that ELDCs response was a refusal.

you can clarify what it is you require us to review?
You have referred to Appendix 1 [Lincs2Learn?] and stated the password did
not work. Which password did you use? We did not provide a password
although we did explain it is a password protected system for internal use
only.
If it is the Appendix 1 you are seeking a review of, our decision remains,
and we are not able to provide you access to our systems.

That was indeed the IR Request. I note that you do not want want to supply the information but ,as asked on 27 September, what FOI EXEMPTION are you claiming pls?
When you first posted the reply i saw a time limited password which did not work.
I just wish to see what Guidance and Training LCC provided to its staff following the decision by the Local Government and Social Care Ombudsmans decision . LCC gave assurances to the Ombudsman.
