Dear Children and Family Court Advisory Support Service,
1. If a FCA has admitted to Cafcass customer services that “she had been informed of the service users HEALTH ISSUES” , which are defined under 2010 Equality Act as “physical and mental impairments” that have had ‘substantial’ and long term effects would the FCA and Cafcass customer services acknowledge the service user is “disabled” ?
2. If a service user of Cafcass discloses a “medical condition” on a C100 does the FCA allocated to the case have a duty to “undertake due diligence” ?
3. If Cafcass customer services are aware that a complainant has disabilities do they have a duty to undertake due diligence ?
