Dear Westminster City Council,

I am writing to request an internal review of Westminster City Council's handling of my FOI request 'Disability'.

Thank you for the evidence proving, Westminster council are guilty for discrimination, but I would to know the circumstances, and what departments caused discrimination, how the council handled it, was the party discriminated against, treated satisfactory after complaint or court .
I would like to know as a council, a government institution what you will do to prevent discrimination.
