Can you indicate how long each person has been in their current role?

Dear [email address],

I would like to encourage the trust to disclose openly, and honestly the information as requested. I am unsure as to why so much of the material is refused -and the reasons given are bizarre- especially during a period of uncertainty and heightened public interest and awareness.
It is critical that disclosure information should tally in this freedom of information with:
job descriptions,
the organisation chart and roles as displayed on your WHSCT website ,
with Media statements from the trust an
indeed with titles used by the members of the trust team during the recent events.
Several of the recent promotions do not seem to be included.

High quality, communication of information are part of every freedom of information request. Transparency should be automatic.
We await a timely, considered response and disclosure.

Yours sincerely,

helen hamill

Dear Western Health and Social Care Trust (Northern Ireland),

Please pass this on to the person who conducts Freedom of Information reviews.

I am writing to request an internal review of Western Health and Social Care Trust (Northern Ireland)'s handling of my FOI request 'Directors Positions.'.
It is completly inappropriate to suggest that providing an org chart of directorships is likely to "endanger physical or mental health" of anyone!
This is not a reasonable stance at all.
The choice for exemption was : section 38. - ATTACHED BELOW)

I await a reasoned FOI disclosure.
Thankyou

Section 38 – Health and safety Section 38 states that: (1) Information is exempt information if its disclosure under this Act would, or would be likely to- (a) endanger the physical or mental health of any individual

A full history of my FOI request and all correspondence is available on the Internet at this address: https://www.whatdotheyknow.com/request/d...

I have still received very little information. After asking for formal reconsideration. Not at all what could be called open informtion sharing,
Section 38 applied again.
