Directors Bonus
Dear The Financial Conduct Authority,
In your financial section of your Annual Report 2017/18. There is this section that I quote
"During the period under review, from 1 April 2017 to 31 March 2018, the executive board members and senior executives were eligible to be considered for a performance-related award up to a maximum of 35% of average base salary applying during the previous year. Non-executive directors were not eligible to be considered for an award."
It is earlier (same page) quoted that only 1% of your workforce achieved this 30-35% bonus.
My question is, out of those who were eligible (executive board + Senior execs) for this 30-35% bonus, what percentage (of the executive board + senior execs) actually did?
Yours faithfully,
Graeme Wingate
