Director of Resources and communication relating to police injury pensions
Dear Avon and Somerset Constabulary,
The previous Director of Human Resources (or Strategic HR Director - whatever title she exactly used ) Emma Zeeman had delegated responsibility from the Chief Constable to administer the powers and duties of the Chief Constable as the Police Pensions Authority.
I would also ask for copies of any emails, memos, or other recorded
means of communication, from Zeeman to any person holding a HR post
which relate to police injury pensions and awards, and the replies
to any such emails or other recorded
means of communication . I wish for the date period for the disclosure
to be from the 1st January 2013 to the date Emma Zeeman left employment with the constabulary.
Yours faithfully,
Kristina Jessick

Dear Avon and Somerset Constabulary,
Please pass this on to the person who conducts Freedom of Information reviews.
I am writing to request an internal review of Avon and Somerset Constabulary's handling of my FOI request 'Director of Resources and communication relating to police injury pensions'.
You are declaring that the delegated person responsible for the administration of the duties of the Police Pension Authority only sent 1 email in a 18 month period.
Either you are withholding information or the delegated person was not carrying out the duties required as prescribed by the role.
I therefore require you to investigate the answer you have given and put the question to you again. Please bear in mind that the inference that no communication was sent by Emma Zeeman is that that injury on duties awards have been not administered correctly and junior subordinates have unlawfully being performing the function of the police pension authority
A full history of my FOI request and all correspondence is available on the Internet at this address: https://www.whatdotheyknow.com/request/d...
