Directives on Cultural Prerogatives and Gender specific Child protection protocols

West Yorkshire Police and Crime Commissioner did not have the information requested.

Dear West Yorkshire Police and Crime Commissioner,

1) Please explain the Child protection protocol sanctioned by the Commissioner that instructs Police Officers to forcibly separate children from their natural parents, without checking family relationships, requesting evidence or a valid reason.
2) The Children Act, Human Rights and numerous Statutes allow children a voice, their wishes and opinions respected. By which Local Authority, under what Political Criteria, do Police disregard children’s Rights, safety, their wishes, disclosures and unequivocal evidence of Domestic Abuse?
3) Which Statute allows child abuse and DV as Cultural Prerogatives and discriminates to favour Gender specific notions that keep women in their place as primary domestic carers?

Yours faithfully,

Gerry Hannah

Dear FOI (WYPCC),

Regarding inconsistency in Police responses to child sexual abuse cases in Bradford, I wish to see an extract from standard guidelines issued to Officers.

How do your procedural directives differ between social groups and gender, when Officers respond to Domestic Abuse incidents where no evidence exists?

Orders direct from West Yorkshire Police Crime Commissioner prevent many child abuse and Domestic Abuse investigations where unequivocal evidence does exist. Can you please share with the public, your directive that orders Police officers to breach Human Rights, Statutory Child Protection and ignore children’s Rights to be heard depending on the perpetrator’s religion and gender?

Yours sincerely,

Gerry Hannah

Dear West Yorkshire Police and Crime Commissioner,

It is a fact that West Yorkshire Police Officers refused to record crimes against specific groups of Children e.g. FGM because of a "Directive". This is not an opinion as you suggested.

What exactly is this "Directive"? I cannot find it on your web site

Gerry Hannah

Dear West Yorkshire Police and Crime Commissioner,

Please pass this on to the person who conducts Freedom of Information reviews.

I am writing to request an internal review of West Yorkshire Police and Crime Commissioner's handling of my FOI request 'Directives on Cultural Prerogatives and Gender specific Child protection protocols', relating directly to the safety and welfare of children

In West Yorkshire, specifically Bradford, the rates of suicide, infanticide, Domestic Abuse, child sexual abuse, indeed most crimes against children far exceed national averages. Evidence submitted to the IICSA- 0000796, Operation Hydrant and SCT North implicates West Yorkshire Police and Crime Commissioner accountable for unique directives and protocol allowing perpetrators access to vulnerable children as well as cultural Political or Gender prerogatives such as not recording FGM and child abuse disclosures

A full history of my FOI request and all correspondence is available on the Internet at this address: https://www.whatdotheyknow.com/request/d...

Yours faithfully,

Gerry Hannah

Dear FOI (WYPCC),

To be absolutely clear about your reply.

You admit there is No Provision for Police Officers to remove parents from their children without evidence or logical reason.

This implies that:

1) West Yorkshire Police Officers acted maliciously by illegally separating innocent loving parents from their children

2) West Yorkshire Police Officers facilitated crimes against children perpetrated in consequence of removing one or both their parents

3) West Yorkshire Police Officers colluded with perpetrators to prevent abused children contacting their parents

My response to your request is that the information you have requested is not held by this office. This does not imply that police officers have acted illegally or unprofessionally; it simply means that the information you have requested is not held by this office.

Dear FOI (WYPCC),

Regardless of where you hide this information, I only needed you to acknowledge that "NO STATUTORY PROVISION EXISTS allowing Police to remove innocent parents from their home and children"
The allegations continue to stand unchallenged:

1) West Yorkshire Police Officers acted maliciously when illegally separating thousands of innocent loving parents from their children

2) West Yorkshire Police Officers facilitated thousands of crimes against vulnerable women and children perpetrated in consequence of removing one or both their parents

3) West Yorkshire Police Officers colluded with thousands of perpetrators to prevent abused children contacting their parents

Last week, I submitted your earlier responses, with evidence to Local MPs who promised to highlight West Yorkshire Police "Abuse of Legislation" to the Home Office and relevant Government Ministers. The IICSA are aware, their investigation team Operation Hydrant are aware, the Police Standards are aware, the IPCC and now everyone is aware of grotesque misconduct by West Yorkshire Police Officers.

I spent most of this morning discussing a few individual cases with Lawyers specialising in Police Conduct.

Yours sincerely,

Gerry Hannah
