Directed Surveillance under RIPA 2000 - Fly tipping

How many directed surveillance authorisations under the Regulation of Investigatory Powers Act (‘RIPA’) 2000, were obtained or issued by the council in respect to the use of cameras to investigate fly-tipping in:

1. The three years prior to 1st Nov 2012

2. The three years following 1st Nov 2012
