Direct Personal Assurances from Fujitsu to Post Office personel that Horizon was error free/robust

The request was refused by Post Office Limited.

Dear Post Office Limited,Following evidence from Mike Young this morning can you provide details of occasions when Fujitsu gave assurance of the error free/robust nature of Horizon? You will no doubt have these instances to hand already to provide comfort to the Board and the ability for so many Post Office staff to make and hold these assertions.Lets say to Mike Young,John Scott,Rodric Williams,Rod Ismay,Angela Van Den Bogerd to start with but if you have others that will be great.

Yours faithfully,

john o'sullivan
