For *each* of the months from January 2024 to January 2025, please confirm how many general needs lettings of social housing were made/nominated, for *each* bedroom size:

1) in total
2) by direct offer
3) by choice based lettings

Note1: it is requested that the above 3 questions are answered for *each* month and *each* bedroom size. Eg. "January: 30 total offers of 2 bedroom housing, consisting of 10 direct offers of and 20 choice based lettings. 1 0 total offers of 3 bedroom housing, consisting of 2 direct offers and 8 choice based lettings etc.

Note2: the above request is in relation to residential property to be let as social housing by the council or a social landlord, and therefore should *not* include any non-residential direct offers (eg. garages)
