I request access to, under the Freedom of Information act, any telegrams, diplomatic cables, letters, memorandums or faxes sent to and between the FCO and the UK mission to the UN in New York, to and between Kampala and the FCO , and to and between David Hannay and the FCO, regarding the 1994 Rwandan Genocide, sent between October 1993 and September 1994.
