Dear Stoke on Trent City Council,

I am writing with regards to a recent press release which was issued by the council, in relation to the dispute between the council and local business man Mo Chaudry.

I am writing to request that the following information be released:

1. details of the councils discussions with Waterworld in late 2007 and early 2008 about the possible closure of Dimensions Splash pool and a possible arrangement with Waterworld about alternative swimming provision.

2.Details of any financial claims made against the council.

3. Details of the settlement which was reached at 'mediation'.

4. The recorded Minutes of any meetings that took place to discuss this matter.

I am not surprised they do not signed these outrageus answers with their own names, but as "Information Rights". They are probably too ashamed!

Anyway, make an appeal mate. The public has right to know.

Looking at this website one conclusion comes to mind: to improve the way Stoke-On-trent Council works, one would have to sack the entire management team and start again.
