What system do patients use to access their test results digitally? (e.g. PKB, EPIC My chart, Other - please state)
Please list which hospital departments are sharing tests results digitally?
Which results (if any) are not automatically shared digitally with patients?
Do you delay sharing digital test results? Please state how long this delay is (7 days, 14 days, 21 days, 28 days, or longer).
If you are not currently sharing test results digitally please state when you plan to start sharing.
