I am writing regarding your Freedom of Information Request relating to
digital rent collection solution / Income Analytics product used by FCHO.
FCHO transferred from the ownership of Oldham Council in February 2011. 
FCHO is a Co-operative and Community Benefit Society and is registered
with the Financial Conduct Authority as a Mutual Society. FCHO is a ‘not
for profit’ housing association and is an exempt Charity regulated and
accountable to the Regulator of Social Housing. The Freedom of Information
Act 2000 provides public access to information held by public authorities
as defined in section 3 of the Act. Unfortunately, however, First Choice
Homes Oldham is not classed as a public body under the said Act and it is
therefore not legally obliged to provide any information to you.

Dear First Choice Homes Oldham,

I would be most grateful if you would provide me, under the Freedom of
Information Act, details in respect to any Digital rent collection
solution / Income Analytics product the Housing Association are using to
prioritise rent arrears cases.

The details we require are:
• What is the name of the supplier or product currently under contract?
• What are the contractual performance KPI’s for this contract?
• Actual spend on this contract/framework (and any sub lots / optional
modules), from the start of the contact to the current date
• Start date & duration of framework/contract?
• Could you please provide a copy of the service specification given to
all bidders for when this contract was last advertised?
• Is there an extension clause in the framework(s)/contract(s) and, if so,
the duration of the extension?
• Has the decision been made yet on whether the framework(s)/contract(s)
are being either extended or renewed?
• Who is the senior procurement officer, name, job title and contact
details, responsible for this contract?
• Who is the senior officer, name, job title and contact details, (outside
of procurement) responsible for this contract?
