2. If any responses meeting the criteria above were received please could please indicate which of the following options most closely describes how they were dealt with.
(a) Response received
(b) Response received and reviewed but no further action taken

Our reply to your request is:

Dear E Gunn,

Thank you for your Freedom of Information request. Please find below
responses within the context of your request

1. Could you please tell me how many responses were provided that
supplied digital photographic evidence of accidents that could have
in part been caused by the introduction of RPZ bays too close and
opposite to the entrance of Pembroke Vale.
We received one e-mail response to the informal consultation stage of
the 6 month review which had digital photographic evidence of an
apparent accident in or around Pembroke Vale; the e-mail alleges that
the accident was caused by or was in part attributable to the
introduction of RPS bays.

2.If any responses meeting the criteria above were received please
could please indicate which of the following options most closely
describes how they were dealt with.
(a) Response received
(b) Response received and reviewed but no further action taken
(c) Response received, location was visited and deemed and no further
action required
(d) Response received, location was visited and some remedial action
is planned.
At this stage the option most closely describing how the e-mail has
been dealt with is: (a) Response received

The 6 month review of the CV scheme is currently ongoing; the next
stage is that the feedback received and collated as part of the
review is being assessed. Detailed site investigations are being
carried out based on the feedback to check whether requests for
changes are appropriate, can be delivered at an acceptable cost and
can be accommodated without having undue impact on citizens within
the scheme area. This stage of the process is likely to take a number
of weeks and is not yet finished; we have checked and can confirm
that the Pembroke Vale incident has been logged as an item to assess
which will require us to visit the area, however as things stand we
are still working through the list of site investigations and have
not yet got to this particular matter.

This response should answer your request in full.
