Dear Richmond and Hillcroft Adult Community College,

I would like to make a request under the Freedom of Information Act.

Please could I have an answer to the following questions:
How many full time learners do you have at the college?
Do you use Microsoft or Google productivity software?
What LMS/VLE do you use at the college?
Do you have a contract and if so when was it taken out and to what date
does it run to?
What plagiarism software do you use at the college?
Who is responsible for e-learning at the college?
Do you have a digital learning strategy (please attach if possible)?
Do you have preferred technology reseller?
If it is not possible to provide the information requested due to the
information exceeding the cost of compliance limits identified in Section
12, please provide advice and assistance, under the Section 16 obligations
of the Act, as to how I can refine my request.

I am writing in response to your Freedom of Information request dated 2
August 2019.  I can confirm that Richmond & Hillcroft Adult & Community
College (RHACC) holds the information that you have requested.

 

Please find the answers from RHACC below:

•             How many full time learners do you have at the college?

                52 (2018/19)

•             Do you use Microsoft or Google productivity software?

                Microsoft

•             What LMS/VLE do you use at the college?

                Civica REMs and Moodle

•             Do you have a contract and if so when was it taken out and
to what date does it run to?

                Yes we have a 3 year contract with REMs and Moodle is a
yearly contract

•             What plagiarism software do you use at the college?

                None

•             Who is responsible for e-learning at the college?

                Vice Principal Teaching and Learning for curricular
aspects, Director of ITS and Estates for the infrastructure

•             Do you have a digital learning strategy (please attach if
possible)?

                Currently under development

•             Do you have preferred technology reseller?

                We tender through CPC frame work

 

If you are unhappy with our response you may request that the College
conducts an internal review of the decision and inform you of the
outcome.  If you remain unhappy you may complain to the Information
