Digital Learning in schools
Dear College of Richard Collyer,
We would like to make a request under the Freedom of Information Act.
Please could we have an answer to the following questions:
How many full time learners do you have at the college?
Do you use Microsoft or Google productivity software?
What LMS/VLE do you use at the college?
Do you have a contract and if so when was it taken out and to what date does it run to?
What plagiarism software do you use at the college?
Who is responsible for e-learning at the college?
Do you have a digital learning strategy (please attach if possible)?
Do you have preferred technology reseller?
If it is not possible to provide the information requested due to the information exceeding the cost of compliance limits identified in Section 12, please provide advice and assistance, under the Section 16 obligations of the Act, as to how I can refine my request.

Moodle and SharePoint

Moodle – hosting and support. Yearly renewal in June.
SharePoint – hosting and support. Current 3 year contract with renewal April 2020
What plagiarism software do you use at the college?
Turnitin
Who is responsible for e-learning at the college?
Kate Leach and Jo Spear
