Dear Craven College,

I would like to make a request under the Freedom of Information Act.

Please could I have an answer to the following questions:

 

How many full time learners do you have at the college?

1246

 

Do you use Microsoft or Google productivity software?

Microsoft Office 365

What LMS/VLE do you use at the college?

LMS – Heritage Circa

VLE - Moodle

 

Do you have a contract and if so when was it taken out and to what date
does it run to?
No, Moodle is Open Source.

 

What plagiarism software do you use at the college?

Turn It In – which is a plugin for Moodle

Who is responsible for e-learning at the college?
Currently vacant

 

Do you have a digital learning strategy (please attach if possible)?

No

Do you have preferred technology reseller?

Yes, we have 3 preferred suppliers that provide competitive quoting and
fulfil the majority of the College’s technology needs.

 

 

If it is not possible to provide the information requested due to the
information exceeding the cost of compliance limits identified in Section
12, please provide advice and assistance, under the Section 16 obligations
of the Act, as to how I can refine my request.
