Please note, Sussex Community NHS Foundation Trust is a Community
Healthcare Provider. A full list of the Services we provide can be found

- Pre- and post-operative communication - N/A

 

- eConsent – CINNAMON (Immunisations)

 

- Outpatients – SystmOne SMS

 

- Emergency Care - AccuRx video consultations may be used in Urgent
Treatment Centres

 

- Patient engagement at home – AccuRx video consultations & SMS, Current
Health wearable devices

 

- Patient satisfaction – AccuRx surveys, Friends & Family Test

 

Please advise of the individual(s) (name and/or job title) with
responsibility for developing digital communications with patients. The
Patient Experience team work with IT colleagues to develop and implement
methods for in-patients to keep in digital communications with their
friends and family. This includes a messaging service and iPad
internet-based video calling. 

 

Also, do you have performance targets for monitoring patient satisfaction?
Yes, we have patient satisfaction targets for Friends and Family Test
which we continually monitor so support can be directed appropriately.

 

If so, please advise of the individual(s) (name and/or job title) with
responsibility for monitoring or reporting on these targets. The Patient
Experience Group monitor the patient experience reports produced by the
Patient Experience Team. These are reported through the committee
structures to provide assurance. Area and service data is available
through our reporting systems, which are monitored through Area Governance
Groups. 

 

For information only: The cost to the NHS equated to responding to this
request is £25.00
