I am interested in all aspects of patient communication, but particularly:
- Pre- and post-operative communication
- eConsent
- Outpatients
- Patient engagement at home
- Patient satisfaction

can send a link to the patient to
review/complete remotely.

- Patient satisfaction We did try using texting but had to turn it
off for internal reasons. The Trust is
currently looking at a solution to do this
specific element.
