Jack Maxwell made this Freedom of Information request to Ministry of Justice

Automatic anti-spam measures are in place for this older request. Please let us know if a further response is expected or if you are having trouble responding.

The request was refused by Ministry of Justice.

Dear Ministry of Justice,

In April 2020, the Independent Chief Inspector of Borders and Immigration stated that "a pilot was running (due to end in June 2019) at eight prisons and at Morton Hall IRC (where the supplier is HMPPS) trialling a new ACCT [Assessment, Care in Custody and Teamwork] system incorporating a digital ACDT/ACCT [Assessment Care in Detention and Teamwork/Assessment, Care in Custody and Teamwork] form with the aim of improving information sharing about self-harm and suicide process." See [9.41] here: https://assets.publishing.service.gov.uk...

Could you please provide me with the following documents regarding the pilot:
(1) Any reports, summaries or evaluations of the pilot.
(2) Any equality impact assessments or data protection impact assessments in relation to the pilot or the 'new ACCT system'.

Yours faithfully,

Jack Maxwell
