Dear Merseyside Fire and Rescue Service,
Please supply the following information:
Primesite Developments received Planning Permission from LCC in order to develop 50 Fox Street [Swainbanks] into student accommodation. It has now been evidenced that this development is actually being used as a hotel
[a] Did Primesite inform LCC and MFRS about the Change of Use from student accommodation to hotel?
[b] If not, what course of action is LCC going to take in respect of this illegal change of use?
[c] Is 50 Fox St paying full business tax for all the rooms in this so-called hotel
[d] As Fox St Village has been declared a dangerous development, and as 50 Fox St [Swainbanks] was part of the Primesite development........has this building been checked out by the Fire Department etc as being structurally safe........or are more lives at risk?
Mr Williams and members of the public Everton ward
