Dear FOI Enquiries,

I am writing to request an internal review on this decision. There have been other FOI requests where diaries have been shared and this diary is not a personal record under the data protection act but in fact a diary of activities completed by a BBC employee whose role is funded by public money.

The information contained in a diary would not fall under the act of being sensitive data, the BBC employee should be aware that working in a public organisation that any information is subject to a FOI request therefore will know and have the expectation that this could be viewed at any time and Adam Hodgkinson has allowed his position in the BBC to be viewed on the public domain by his LinkedIn status update on the summit he attended, allowing the organisation to write the role he had at the BBC and his twitter posts.

The BBC is obviously trying to hide something here with the expense claims and the diary being withheld.

Yours sincerely,

Lorraine Bower

Dear British Broadcasting Corporation,

Please pass this on to the person who conducts Freedom of Information reviews.

Dear FOI Enquiries,

I will be raising this with the Information commissioner as I believe that BBC HR are withholding information due to uncovering something the BBC wishes not to be in the public domain.

Yours sincerely,

Lorraine Bower
