Hi There

I am writing in regards to your recent FOI request to the Trust. Please can you clarify:
.what you define as a procedure. Do you mean types of examinations, procedures with needle to skin under MR guidance, Etc.

. Re q3:Please share your radiology equipment at risk register. Are you asking for details of specific equipment that is listed on the risk register?
or
risk descriptions for any risks relating to equipment?
