2. Do you have a capital replacement plan for Radiology equipment, if so, please share it?
3. Please share your radiology equipment at risk register.
4. Which contrast injectors do you have installed, please provide make, models, installation dates and any service provision that you have?
5. Who provides your RIS & PACS?
6. What AI do you have or are investigating for your practice?

1. Please share the makes, model, installation dates and locations of your MRI scanners?
2. Do you have any service plans running on your MRI scanners. Please detail scope, length and provider?
3. Do you repair damaged coils. If you do, how much have you spent on repairing them in the past twelve months?
4. What procedures do you perform, and which are your most common?

Ipswich in CT 1x Bracco and 2 x Medrad Centargo, installed 2 in 2019 and 1
in 2023
Colchester in CT Colchester 3 x bracco injeneering, installed 2 in 2015
and 1 in 2023
5. Who provides your RIS & PACS? PACS Agfa (Ipswich) and insignia
(Colchester) RIS (Colchester and Ipswich)- Magentus
6. What AI do you have or are investigating for your practice? We do not
have AI currently but we are looking at getting a chest AI

For Ipswich Hospital Service contract in place to include equipment break
down ( including coils) and planned maintenance

For Ipswich hospital- it is part of the service contract so we do not have
the amount of money spent on repairing them

For Ipswich Hospital- Procedures include Cardiac / MSK / Heads / Spines
/Pelvis / Small bowel most common procedure = Brain and spinal cord
