Dear NHS South East London Integrated Care Board,

I am interested in understanding the contracts the ICB hold with independent diagnostic and hospital providers. I am aware that there is a previous FOI where a Ms Malins requested information from the ICB but the contract dates would make a new FOI appropriate. The information I am interested in is:

• What community diagnostic (MRI, X-ray, US, Dexa, Endoscopy, Cardiology) contracts with independent providers are still active?
What surgical (orthopaedics, vascular, ENT, cardiology, cataract) contracts exist with independent providers?
• When do these contracts expire?
• Is there an option to extend these, if so when will the decision be made/what was the decision?
• What is the total value and yearly breakdown of the individual contracts?
• What volume of patients were seen total/yearly?
