DHSC has brought legal action against one of the PPE suppliers you have listed. DHSC
commenced the process of litigation against PPE Medpro by filing papers with the High
Court on 19 December 2022.

Please could you confirm if the DHSC has taken legal action against any of these firms
that provided PPE during the Pandemic - with much of it deemed non-useable. Please
could you name the firms that you have taken legal action against even if it is current or
completed. All these were highlighted in 2022 FoI request:
