Dear Department of Health and Social Care,
Under FOI please can you provide an electronic copy, including attachments, of all email correspondence, received and sent by [email address], including carbon copy CC and blind carbon copy BCC functions - not just To and From within the last 6 months where either the e-mail subject or content contains both the words "Blood" and "Inquiry".
I would like to receive such email messages converted to PDF.
If redactions are made subject to the FOIA, please ensure such redactions are clearly visible in black-block, highlighting the FOI exemption clause/sub-clause under which such redactions have been made.
Note: It is a is a criminal offence to make any changes or deletions as a result of this request as per Section 77 of the FOIA.
