Malcolm Lidbury

Dear Sir or Madam,

Could you please provide me with

[1] all documents relating to any complaint made against DC Anning (Cornwall police) regarding homophobia
[2] all documents relating to any internal investigation of DC Anning by Devon and Cornwall Constabulary

I ask this as I sincerely believe a formal complaint I have previously made & the interconnected nature of several other Cornwall police homophobic incidents, attitudes & practises have been covered up by the Devon & Cornwall Constabulary

Yours faithfully,

Malcolm Lidbury

Dear Sir or Madam,

Please pass this on to the person who conducts Freedom of Information reviews. My understanding is that by LAW a response was due by no later than the 9th of June 2009.

Due to my personal experience of multiple Cornwall police homophobic attitudes & practises I have no reason to doubt that this contempt & prejudice is in fact widespread throughout the Devon & Cornwall Constabulary, reflective in contempt shown in not completing this FOI request within the law.

I am writing to request an internal review of Devon and Cornwall Constabulary's handling of my FOI request 'Devon & Cornwall Constabulary Homophobia'.

A full history of my FOI request and all correspondence is available on the Internet at this address:

I am satisfied that this has been rejected as it was a repeat application due to a glichy computer where I was unsure whether the original request was sent.

I look forward to the original FOI request regarding DC Anning & those of the numerous other FOI requests concerning the conduct & attitudes of numerous other Devon & Cornwall police officers against gay persons.
