1. The date they were appointed
2. The value of the contract
3. The dates of all meetings between representatives of Project Centre and the local authority and the lists of those taking part
4. Minutes or notes from any meetings
5. Copy of correspondence between the Cabinet Member, council officers and/or Project Centre relating to LCWIP

We trust this finds you well. 

Thank you for your recent enquiry that has been processed in accordance
with the Environmental Information Regulations 2004 as it meets the
definition of ‘environmental information’ as defined within [1]Regulation
2(1)(f).   

 

We can confirm information held at the date of your request as follows:

 

 1. The date they were appointed – Project Centre were appointed by the
Combined Authority and not Wirral Council – we do not have access to
this information,  to assist and advise we can provide to you the
contact detail.  The email address for project centre is

 2. The value of the contract -  Project Centre have been appointed by the
Combined Authority and not Wirral Council – we do not have access to
this information,  we therefore advise that you re-direct this enquiry
as referred to above. It is noted however that disclosure of this
information could potentially prejudice the companies commercial
confidentiality as per Regulation 12(5)(e).

 

 3. The dates of all meetings between representatives of Project Centre
and the local authority and the lists of those taking part - Please
find attached “front sheet”

 

 4. Minutes or notes from any meetings  - Please find sets of documents in
response to this enquiry attached.  Please note, as contained in
Regulation 13 EIR 2004, we have withheld personal data of which you
are not the data subject.  We consider that the disclosure of
requested information would contravene the Data Protection Act 2018
because personal data shall be lawful and fairly processed in relation
to individual(s) and we consider that the individual(s) concerned
would have a legitimate expectation that their personal data would not
be further processed.

 

 5. Copy of correspondence between the Cabinet Member, council officers
and/or Project Centre relating to LCWIP - Please see q4 response
above.

 

You have the right to make representations under Regulation 11 of the 2004
EIRs in respect of the refusal to supply information requested, which
