1. What proportion (%) of the homes provided in this development are:-
(a) Affordable Homes
(b) Social Homes
2. Does this development meet the Council target of providing 40% units as Affordable Housing?
3. Are the Developers paying into the Councils Housing Fund to offset any deficit in the provision of Affordable Homes? If so, what is the amount?
4. How many parking spaces are being provided as part of this development?
