You requested the following information:

"I am looking at planning permissions granted between January 1st 2006 and
December 31st 2009, with particular attention to those that incurred a
s106 payment.

Do you have records or payments being made, spent/unspent, and
allocated/unallocated?"

Following a search of our paper and electronic records, I have established
that Brent Council does not hold the information you have requested. The
reason the information is not held is because unfortunately the Council
only holds S106 financial records around income, spend and allocation for
2013 applications or later.

Therefore regulation 12(4) (a) applies to your request. Regulation 12(4)
(a) provides an exception to the duty to disclose information when
information is not held.

If you are dissatisfied with the way, in which your request has been
handled or the outcome, you may request an internal review within two
calendar months of the date of this response by writing to the following
