Thank you for your Freedom of Information request, which was received by
Vale of White Horse District Council, logged under FOI 23/760, and passed
to me to respond accordingly.  

 

Under Section 1 of the Freedom of Information Act 2000 (the 2000 Act) you
are entitled to be informed in writing whether the council holds the
information specified in your request and, if that is the case, to have
that information communicated to you unless any of the statutory
exemptions apply. I have considered your request and can confirm we do
hold the information asked and I do not believe any of the statutory
exemptions apply to your request. Please find below the information you
requested: 

  

For Section 106 documents signed between 1st January 2006 and 31st
December 2011 please can you supply the following: 

a. The date the agreement was signed along with the corresponding planning
reference - Please see attached report. 

 

b. List all contributions and their intended purpose - Please see attached
report. 

 

c. The dates of when all and any contributions were received by the
council - Please see attached report. 

 

d. The project name and details to which any contributions were allocated,
expended, or committed - Please see attached report. 

 

e. The total amount allocated, expended, or committed per contribution and
the date this was done - Please see attached report. 

 

f. The total amount that remains unspent and/or unallocated per
contribution - Please see attached report. 

 

g. Please confirm whether the contribution monies, either in whole or
part, were  held in an interest-bearing account. Yes  

 

h. Name of the party/parties that paid the contribution - S106
contributions are paid in accordance with the parties of the agreements
which can be found in the link provided under the response to question
‘k’. 

 

i. Name of the party/parties that have been repaid and when - NIL
