2. On what date were staff notified of the date of this move i.e. how many days notice did staff have to prepare
3. How many days prior to the move was the Policing Board non operational as a direct result of preparing for the move i.e. packing
4. How many days following the move was the Policing Board non operational as a direct result of the move i.e. unpacking
5. How many total days normal work was lost as a result of the move
6. On what date did the Policing Board resume full and normal work from their new office
