Answer: 5 plus 2 years start date April 1st 2024 end March 31st 2031

2. What is the current 0-19 Healthy Child Programme total contract value?

Answer: £17,458,889.00

3. Please provide a list of the suppliers delivering the current programme.

Answer: WYE VALLEY TRUST

4. Has a decision been made as to whether the current contract for the 0-19 Healthy Child Programme is being extended or renewed?

Answer: It was recommissioned and a new contract in place on April 1st 2024

5. Is there an extension clause in place for the 0-19 Healthy Child Programme? If so, what is the duration of the extension and when would the first extension take effect if the clause was applied?

Answer: 5 year contract with option to extend for a further 2 years

6. Please provide a copy of the full Invitation to Tender (ITT) published when the 0-19 Healthy Child Programme contract was last advertised.

Answer: Yes. Some of the health checks are offered virtually but face to face home visits and community workshops are the main delivery method

Answer: This service will not be recommissioned until 2031
