Under the Freedom of Information Act 2000, please provide me with details
regarding the 0-19 Healthy Child Programme, Supporting Families and Family
Hubs at Birmingham City Council:

0-19 Healthy Child Programme
What is the current 0-19 Healthy Child Programme contract duration (start
date and end date)?
What is the current 0-19 Healthy Child Programme total contract value?
Who is the current lead supplier and subcontractors of the 0-19 Healthy
Child Programme?
Has a decision been made as to whether the current contract for the 0-19
Healthy Child Programme is being extended or renewed?
Please provide a copy of the full Invitation to Tender (ITT) published
when the 0-19 Healthy Child Programme contract was last advertised.
Is any provision within the 0-19 Healthy Child Programme delivered
online/digitally/virtually? If so, please provide details as to the nature
of the provision/product on offer for families.
Please provide a list of the suppliers who applied and who were successful
and not successful when the Healthy Child Programme contract was last
commissioned.
