3. Who is the current lead supplier and subcontractors of the 0-19 Healthy Child Programme?
4. Has a decision been made as to whether the current contract for the 0-19 Healthy Child Programme is being extended or renewed?

has now considered your request under the Freedom of Information Act 2000.
Specifically, you have requested the following information:
0-19 Healthy Child Programme
1. What is the current 0-19 Healthy Child Programme contract duration
(start date and end date)?
Start: July 2021 – March 2028
Being 2 + 2 + 2 + 8/12: 3 break clauses ^ in the contract allowing to
review service delivery and performance.
2. What is the current 0-19 Healthy Child Programme total contract value?
2023/24: £6,721,000
Subject to + inflationary uplift + Agenda for Change (AfC) national salary
uplift
3. Who is the current lead supplier and subcontractors of the 0-19 Healthy
Child Programme?
Croydon Health Services NHS Trust
4. Has a decision been made as to whether the current contract for the
0-19 Healthy Child Programme is being extended or renewed?
The current contract has been extended, within its permissible extension
periods
5. Is there an extension clause in place for the 0-19 Healthy Child
