Details on vacant commercial premises
Dear Oxford City Council,
I believe that Oxford City Council leases along with the trustees of St Michael's Church a commercial premises known as
'Kiosk adjacent to St Michael’s Church, Cornmarket Street, Oxford, OX1 3EX'
This is a site where there was formerly an AMT Coffee stall.
Can you please confirm the following points
1) On what date did AMT Coffee no longer let the premises?
2) On what date would it have been possible to re-let the premises out to a new tenant?
3) Whether a lettings agent is involved in letting out the premises?
4) Has the premises been let as of the 10th October 2024?
Thank you for your assistance with this matter
James Halinson
