Details of unannounced compliance visits to Municipal Waste Incinerators since 1st January 2018

The request was successful.

Dear Environment Agency,

We note that page 118 of the Environment Agency's Draft decision document for Permit Number EPR/DP3038JC, associated with the Verus Oak Energy Ltd incinerator proposed for Land at Giffords Recycling, Kelvin Way, West Bromwich B70 7JR, states that: "We [the EA] undertake a combination of announced and unannounced compliance visits as we do for other plants".

I ask to be provided with a list of all unannounced compliance visits to Municipal Waste Incinerators carried out by the Environment Agency since 1st January 2018. For each visit I wish to be provided with the date of the visit and the name and address of the installation visited.

Yours faithfully,
Shlomo Dowen
