Details of the flight used to carry the Brexit trade agreement from Brussels to London on 30 December 2020

Response to this request is long overdue. By law, under all circumstances, Ministry of Defence should have responded by now (details). You can complain by requesting an internal review.

Dear Ministry of Defence,
I am seeking details of the flight used to carry the Brexit trade agreement from Brussels to London on 30 December 2020.
Please tell me:

What aircraft was used? How many crew were involved?

What was the full routing used for the operation? (For example, was it required to fly to/from an RAF base in addition to the trip to Brussels and on to London?)

What were the timings?

How many miles were covered?

How much fuel was used?

What was the total cost?

Will the RAF be billing the government for the operation?

Yours faithfully,

Simon Calder, Travel Correspondent, The Independent
